Home Tour 2023 

As the year comes to a close, we want to remind the LCHS community that the La Canada Spring Home Tour will be on Friday, April 28th 2023. 

This is the largest annual fundraiser for the LCHS PTAs and helps us continue to fund programs, events and improvements that benefit all grades 7-12 at LCHS. Many of you are likely familiar with this tradition of over 30 years, however for those new to the community or need a refresher, here goes!

WHAT IS THE SPRING HOME TOUR? Every year in late April or early May, the LCHS PTAs organize tours of four beautiful homes in the LCF community. The day’s events also include an all-day Marketplace and an Evening Reception.

WHO ATTENDS THIS EVENT? All are invited to purchase a ticket and attend. Or, become a sponsor and receive various levels of advertising and ticket perks. Many friends tour together, find inspiration in the homes, enjoy lunch &  shopping, and end with the reception featuring talented LCHS musicians, food and drink.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE? There are many ways to be involved with Home Tour! In fact, before December 31st you might want to consider becoming a Family or Business Sponsor to take advantage of year-end tax benefits. Visit La Canada Home Tour to become a Sponsor, buy tickets or volunteer for the event. The Home Tour has a robust committee to plan this large event as well as a need for many “day-of” volunteers to take a shift as a docent in a home.

Speaking of homes, we are always looking for architecturally significant, uniquely designed homes to showcase on the tour. Please email hometour@lchs78.org, if you are interested or know of a homeowner that would consider participating.
