Rose Harrington Award Nominations - due on the 29th!

Has someone in the La Cañada Unified School District made a real impact on you or your children this year or last? We’d like to hear about your experience!

The La Cañada Flintridge Educational Foundation’s Endowment Fund is seeking nominations of outstanding LCUSD educators for the 2023-24 Rose Harrington Educator of the Year Award.

This year’s nominations are due by Friday, March 29th with winners to be selected by an Endowment Trustee-appointed committee. Anyone is eligible to submit a nomination – fellow teachers, parents, administrators, and students (if they can independently complete the nomination form). You can find more information and submit an online nomination form by clicking here.

The Rose Harrington Educator of the Year Award, which comes with a cash prize (last year it was over $7,000), was established in 2002 by a bequest made in the estate of local resident Rose Harrington, who herself was an educator.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Please note: LCUSD administrators are NOT eligible for nomination. Questions can be directed to ed@lcfef.org.
