PTSA Meeting - February 19th

Join us for our PTSA General Meeting this Thursday, February 19th at 8:45 am in the LCHS staff lounge. If you cannot join us in person, please join us via zoom by clicking here to register and get the details.

 

We will hear a presentation from Jamie Given, LMFT & LPCC, tilted, Re-Wired And Overwhelmed: The Price of Progress With AI. This presentation offers an informative look at how artificial intelligence and digital technology are influencing student mental health, behavior, and overall development. It is designed to support educators and school leaders in better understanding the emotional and cognitive shifts many students are experiencing. The goal is to provide helpful context, raise awareness, and encourage ongoing conversations within school communities about how technology may be shaping attention, emotion regulation, and connection among today’s youth. 

 

We'll also hear from Superintendent Wendy Sinnette, School Board Member Joe Radabaugh, and Principal Paszkiewicz.

Important News

Check-In Policy for Visitors on Campus:

A safety policy is in place for all visitors/volunteers coming onto the LCHS campus. Visitors and Volunteers need to sign in at the front office and get a visitor badge before entering the school. Please note, if you are attending a PTSA Meeting you may proceed directly to the meeting and sign-in at the meeting. Any visitors on campus without a badge may be asked to leave.
