Wellness Center

The Spartan Wellness Center is a quiet, calming space, open daily for students 8:00 am - 3:15 pm, that provides:

Drop-in support (grades 9-12)
Crisis support
Reliable prevention and self-help resources
Self-care break area
Individual and group counseling by referral
Growth/Interest groups
Student lunchtime and schoolwide activities based on monthly themes
Peer Support outreach

The Wellness Center also provides staff and families access to:

Consultation and resources related to mental health and wellness
Coordination and community setting for a variety of professional development and parent education opportunities

In addition to in-person services, the LCHS Wellness Center also offers the following online support to the LCHS community:

Virtual Wellness Center
Care Solace, a free, anonymous, online resource with a live 24/7 concierge who assists individuals in finding local mental health and substance use related programs and counseling services. For more information about Care Solace¹, please click here.
