The Following is for Parents

Grad Night is the last great event of senior year. There will be dining, dancing, live entertainment and games. The venue is a surprise, and will not be known to the seniors until they arrive. Drop off your senior at 10 pm at LCHS, where they will board buses for transport to and from the venue, returning to LCHS at 3:30 am for you to pick up. Grad Night is chaperoned by teachers and parents of juniors. We want our kids to have a terrific evening, but we also want them to be safe. Nearly half of traffic fatalities of 15-20 year-olds are alcohol related, and high school graduation night is one of the most dangerous times. By including bus transportation with Grad Night we minimize the driving dangers of the evening.

The cost of Grad Night is funded through ticket sales, donations and lei sales. Our Senior Activities Order Form allows you to purchase/donate to Grad Night all in one place – please consider completing this early. The order form will allow you to:

  • purchase a Grad Night ticket, $150 ($175 starting May 7);
  • purchase a graduation lei, $35-$40;
  • purchase a graduation ceremony DVD, $21.99;
  • make a monetary donation to the senior brunch;
  • make a monetary donation to Grad Night;
  • make a raffle prize donation for Grad Night (see below).
