On Friday, April 26, the La Cañada High School (LCHS) 7/8 PTA and 9-12 PTSA are holding the 37th annual La Cañada Spring Home Tour in which they hope to raise $80,000 for the single-day event.
In the last year 10 new outdoor tables with umbrellas were purchased for students to use during lunch and other breaks. The PTA/PTSA also helped fund the new modern marquis in front of LCHS, resurfacing of the North Gym floor last summer, and setting up the new College and Career Center.
On an ongoing basis, the PTA/PTSAs give funds to LCHS’ 7/8 and 9-12 Library/IRC, College and Career Center, the Wellness Center, Math and Science Enrichment, Campus Beautification and Improvement, Technology upgrades, Disaster Preparedness Supplies, and Academic and Arts Enrichment Programs.
The entire community is welcome to both VOLUNTEER at and attend the La Cañada Spring Home Tour to support these organizations and see some amazing local homes at the same time.
Tickets are available online until April 23 at www.lacanadahometour.com. After that, you can buy tickets at the Lanterman House, 4420 Encinas Drive, on April 26 from 9:30am to 5pm.

A fun live performance opportunity is opening soon right at La Canada High School! The La Canada Playhouse is producing the enchanting Disney musical "Beauty and the Beast!" Showtimes are Thursday, April 18th at 7:00 PM, Friday, April 19th at 7:00 PM, Saturday, April 20th at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and Sunday, April 21st at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Tickets are available for $25 by clicking here. All proceeds go to support the arts at La Canada High School. There will also be royal concessions and the show is suitable for all ages! It's the perfect opportunity for a magical family outing! |

Important News
Check-In Policy for Visitors on Campus:
A safety policy is in place for all visitors/volunteers coming onto the LCHS campus. Visitors and Volunteers need to sign in at the front office and get a visitor badge before entering the school. Please note, if you are attending a PTSA Meeting you may proceed directly to the meeting and sign-in at the meeting. Any visitors on campus without a badge may be asked to leave.
